Md. Kawsar Uddin is an Associate Professor in the Department of English and Modern Languages at IUBAT, where he has taught since 2013. He earned his B.A. and M.A. in English from Jahangirnagar University and has more than a decade of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. He has also served as Coordinator of the Department, contributing to curriculum development, faculty collaboration, and student initiatives. His research interests include communication, media, cultural studies, curriculum design, and power relations. He has published widely in peer-reviewed journals and national newspapers, and his creative contributions include directing Shakespearean adaptations staged at IUBAT’s open auditorium. He also led a funded project on English curriculum and graduate employability, supported by the Miyan Research Institute.
