Md Forhad Hossain

Md. Forhad Hossain is the youngest child of his parents. He passed his S.S.C. from K.K. Govt. Institution, Munshiganj in 2002 and his H.S.C. from Govt. Haraganga College, Munshiganj in 2004. He completed his B.A. (Honors) in English Literature in 2008 from the Dept. of English, University of Dhaka. Later he did his M.A. in Applied Linguistics and ELT in 2009 also from the same University. On 19 September, 2011, he joined as a Lecturer at Dhaka Residential Model College and worked there till 1 July, 2012. Since September 05, 2012, he has been teaching English Language at IUBAT. He has recently completed his MBA (major in MIS) under Evening MBA program of Business Faculty at Dhaka University.

He is interested in conducting research in different fields of English language and Linguistics, especially in Curriculum Development, Syllabus Design, Materials Development, Teaching EFL, Error Analysis, Learners’ Anxiety, and Comparative Literature etc. He has published a number of papers in different Asian Journals. As a researcher, he believes in creating such knowledge that is useful in solving problems related to EFL Teaching and Learning. He also cherishes the dream to bring quality changes in the education system by research and motivating the policy makers to implement the findings of different research works. He loves to work; work is entertainment for him. Mr. Hossain possesses a strong fascination to research articles and loves to read books, journals and periodicals.
