Dilara Dilshad is currently working as a lecturer of English at IUBAT. She is energetic, enthusiastic, self-improving and trying to implement innovative approaches in education. She strives to be passionate and dedicated to creating, implementing and assessing instruction to meet student needs. She is currently focusing on research for attempting higher studies in abroad. She enjoys creating, painting, crafting, and sketching. She enjoys exploring rural areas. She has visited Saudi Arabia and India.
